ProductivIA is a sovereign agentic platform serving public institutions (ministries, Crown corporations, municipalities, health and education networks). Accelerate document production and information access, with compliance, confidentiality, bilingualism and three levels of sovereignty to choose from.
Some institutions deploy the whole platform. Others begin with one custom-built application (a compliance checker, reception assistant, official note writer) and still benefit from the full sovereign foundation: hosting, security, models, logs, open formats. Usage expands at your pace, without rewriting the integration.
The Assistant orchestrates 12 AI providers and 16 specialized services to concretely produce what an administration needs: service note, official release, management report, council presentation, internal application. Then you switch to the specialized tool (Documents, Cinéaste for video, the Fabrique for the application) that keeps all produced work.
The Meeting application listens in real time, distinguishes speakers, analyzes exchanges and automatically produces a summary, report, official minutes and follow-ups, in your institutional templates. Ideal for boards of directors, executive committees, public sessions, advisory committees and HR interviews.
ProductivIA is designed to fit public sector requirements: personal information protection (Quebec Law 25, GDPR), privacy impact assessment (PIA) before any out-of-province transfer, accessibility (RGAA, WCAG), official bilingualism, logging and access traceability.
Each ministry, agency, municipality or network has its isolated data silo. No data crosses silo boundaries. Models, rules, templates and histories are specific to each institution.
The Fabrique allows internal services (IT, communications, HR, legal) to create their own tools without depending on an external developer or a heavy IT project. Compliance checkers, guided forms, specialized assistants by directorate: deployed in minutes, compliant by construction with institutional rules. The Fabrique applies the platform rules and your institution's rules by default (tone, official terminology, data perimeter, authorized models), supervises the architecture of each tool and organizes data management according to your standards. Your administrators only need to approve or adjust: they validate the last line of compliance that is already built, instead of checking everything from A to Z. Once published, each tool remains under continuous monitoring: data integrity, stability, performance, model behavior.
The institution no longer waits for a third-party vendor to evolve its tools. It builds its own sovereign application ecosystem, evolving and reusable, perfectly aligned with its processes and normative framework.
No application built by an agent lands directly in the hands of the whole institution. Everything goes through your administrators (IT, governance, information security): they test, verify compliance with institutional policies (Quebec Law 25, GDPR, security, accessibility), adjust permissions, then publish. A closed, governed, siloed loop.
Define global rules (tone, legal mentions, official terminology, formats, signatures, graphic standards) that automatically apply to all tools (provided tools and those created with the Fabrique). Consistency across directorates, compliance by default, no manual rework.
ProductivIA separates what the LLM can do (reason, write compliant content) from what an institutional template does better (coats of arms, official colors, regulatory typography, mentions, signatures, accessibility). The model produces minimal Markdown. Your Templates then dress that content: minutes, service notes, releases, presentations, web pages, emails, official publications. See the architecture details.
ProductivIA can be deployed as a pilot for a directorate, service or team, with no long-term commitment. Extension happens progressively, based on observed results.
