ProductivIA

Responsible AI for high-performing institutions

ProductivIA is a sovereign agentic platform serving public institutions (ministries, Crown corporations, municipalities, health and education networks). Accelerate document production and information access, with compliance, confidentiality, bilingualism and three levels of sovereignty to choose from.

Some institutions deploy the whole platform. Others begin with one custom-built application (a compliance checker, reception assistant, official note writer) and still benefit from the full sovereign foundation: hosting, security, models, logs, open formats. Usage expands at your pace, without rewriting the integration.

The Assistant: a single entry point to all services

Official notes, newsletters, reports, applications: everything from a single conversation.

The Assistant orchestrates 12 AI providers and 16 specialized services to concretely produce what an administration needs: service note, official release, management report, council presentation, internal application. Then you switch to the specialized tool (Documents, Cinéaste for video, the Fabrique for the application) that keeps all produced work.

The result opens in the dedicated application to finalize, polish and share, without losing the work.

Meeting: capture, analyze, produce minutes

Boards, committees, work sessions: everything is captured and structured automatically.

The Meeting application listens in real time, distinguishes speakers, analyzes exchanges and automatically produces a summary, report, official minutes and follow-ups, in your institutional templates. Ideal for boards of directors, executive committees, public sessions, advisory committees and HR interviews.

hearing

Listen & distinguish

Precise audio capture, speaker identification, multi-voice segmentation.

Three levels of sovereignty

Sovereign cloud, on-premise server, sovereign client: the institution chooses its level.

cloud_done

1. Sovereign cloud

Immediate start. Data hosted on our infrastructure, never with a third-party hyperscaler.

dns

2. On-premise server

Servers assembled and deployed directly on the institution's premises. No data leaves the perimeter.

devices

3. Sovereign client

Workstations under native Boréal OS, free from any proprietary dependency. Complete end-to-end chain.

Compliance by default, governance by construction

Quebec Law 25, PIA, official languages, accessibility, archiving.

ProductivIA is designed to fit public sector requirements: personal information protection (Quebec Law 25, GDPR), privacy impact assessment (PIA) before any out-of-province transfer, accessibility (RGAA, WCAG), official bilingualism, logging and access traceability.

Sovereign data

Local hosting, never used to train external models, perimeters defined by institutional silo, erasable and auditable history.

Multi-provider governance

Activate or deactivate each provider (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, Mistral, etc.) according to your policies. Possible restriction to sovereign models only.

Multi-tenant by silos: institutional watertightness

Each ministry, agency, municipality or network has its isolated data silo. No data crosses silo boundaries. Models, rules, templates and histories are specific to each institution.

domain

Isolation by institution

Data, custom models and rules configured by silo: no possible leak to another organization.

hub

Possible pooling

An umbrella organization can administer several institutional silos (for example ministry + attached Crown corporations) while preserving operational isolation.

The Fabrique: create your own internal tools, without programming

The Fabrique allows internal services (IT, communications, HR, legal) to create their own tools without depending on an external developer or a heavy IT project. Compliance checkers, guided forms, specialized assistants by directorate: deployed in minutes, compliant by construction with institutional rules. The Fabrique applies the platform rules and your institution's rules by default (tone, official terminology, data perimeter, authorized models), supervises the architecture of each tool and organizes data management according to your standards. Your administrators only need to approve or adjust: they validate the last line of compliance that is already built, instead of checking everything from A to Z. Once published, each tool remains under continuous monitoring: data integrity, stability, performance, model behavior.

Strategic advantage for the public sector

The institution no longer waits for a third-party vendor to evolve its tools. It builds its own sovereign application ecosystem, evolving and reusable, perfectly aligned with its processes and normative framework.

The lifecycle of an app: create, submit, validate, deploy

No application built by an agent lands directly in the hands of the whole institution. Everything goes through your administrators (IT, governance, information security): they test, verify compliance with institutional policies (Quebec Law 25, GDPR, security, accessibility), adjust permissions, then publish. A closed, governed, siloed loop.

construction

Create

An authorized agent (communications, HR, legal, IT) describes their need to the Fabrique. Platform and institution rules applied by default, architecture and data under supervision.

send

Submit

The author submits the app to administrators, with auto-generated documentation, data schema and functional preview.

verified_user

Approve

Since most compliance is already done, administrators only need to approve or adjust: permissions, data protection, accessibility, security.

groups

Deploy

The app enters the institutional library, alongside provided tools. Authorized directorates and services access it in one click.

monitoring

Monitor

Continuous monitoring after publication: data integrity, stability, performance, model behavior. Deviations are reported to admins.

Your institutional rules, applied everywhere

Define global rules (tone, legal mentions, official terminology, formats, signatures, graphic standards) that automatically apply to all tools (provided tools and those created with the Fabrique). Consistency across directorates, compliance by default, no manual rework.

rule

Example rules

  • Institutional tone: neutral, factual, accessible
  • Terminology: OQLF, administrative law, field vocabulary
  • Legal mentions: signatures, legal references, dates
  • Format: institutional templates, graphic standards
explosion

Concrete impact

Compliant documents on the first draft, fewer validation cycles, consistent quality between directorates, time savings for teams.

Your institutional templates, built by you, applied everywhere

The Templates app turns your graphic standards into a template usable by every app on the platform.

ProductivIA separates what the LLM can do (reason, write compliant content) from what an institutional template does better (coats of arms, official colors, regulatory typography, mentions, signatures, accessibility). The model produces minimal Markdown. Your Templates then dress that content: minutes, service notes, releases, presentations, web pages, emails, official publications. See the architecture details.

savings

Controlled AI cost

No tokens consumed on layout. On long productions (briefs, annual reports), this is a significant savings factor on your AI envelope.

verified

Visual compliance

Government or institutional standards applied systematically. Accessibility, legal mentions and official signatures are integrated into the template, never forgotten.

dynamic_feed

Official multi-channel

A single brief, several deliverables: minutes in institutional template, release as PDF, publication on digital channels, email to the elected officials list. Everything aligned.

Template creation: from a photo of your brand standards, a PDF of your institutional identity, an existing official template, or from scratch with support from our teams. Validated by your communications directorate, they become the reference across the platform.

Ready to use, progressive deployment

Pilot, extension, generalization: at your pace.

ProductivIA can be deployed as a pilot for a directorate, service or team, with no long-term commitment. Extension happens progressively, based on observed results.

vpn_key

Lifetime acquisition

For organizations that put technological sovereignty at the heart of their strategy: the ProductivIA technology is acquired once, deployed on your side, and connected to your own API keys. Your AI providers, your data, your costs. No intermediary, no usage metering by us.

  • One-time acquisition, unlimited unmetered use
  • Your own API keys, your own AI providers
  • Hosting on your infrastructure (sovereign cloud, on-premise server, native Boréal OS workstation)
  • Total technological independence, without ongoing contractual dependency
  • Ideal for strategic, sensitive, or sovereign organizations
